I first signed up for this card when I received a promotional flyer in the post. I decided to ask for an application although didn’t have too much hope of being approved because I was new to the UK (1 year).
I was therefore pleasantly surprised when their application form arrived and I discovered they would take into account my U.S. credit history which was excellent by the way.Sure enough, I was approved. Not only that, they gave me a 13.9% APR, free extended guarantee on products purchased with the card and free low-price guarantee – if within 30 days of purchasing something with the card, you find it cheaper elsewhere, they’ll refund you the difference. You pay a £10 annual fee if you haven't generated any interest but, if like me, you always pay your balance in full, the £10 are well worth it.
Calling their customer service is a breeze, they always answer after a couple of rings even if you call late at night.
This card is only let down by the lack of online facilities so if you want to find out your balance or transaction details you must call them up.
