Don't believe the 6-8 day delivery line - camera ordered on December 3rd arrived on January 2nd- it was intended as a Christmas present. Camera as described but the box had been opened and no warranty enclosed; I e-mailed for one and was sent not a Canon warranty but a piece of A4 paper from them which they say is their own warranty; how much it's worth I've no idea. I bought a Ricoh Caplio R6 Digital Camera which broke after 1 week. It had to be send back to Hong Kong! Even after more then a month and several contacts they still haven't send me my camera back. Requests for a new camera are denied, no longer available, and refund requests are ignored.

I purchased a Panasonic Lumix FX7 camera from Citiwide (May 07) for £180. The camera arrived as described. It was working fine, until recently when it doesn't turn on. I've tried contacting them to determine the warranty/returns process, however they have not responded (after 5 days). Still waiting. Will keep you posted.

Several days later, after several emails, I was contacted by someone sending me a link to their returns form. The link didn't work. After another couple of emails, (and someone from Citiwide noticing this review), they contacted me again to provide another return process.
Just returned my camera (UPS) which they paid for. Will see how it goes.
