I think strategy games rock.I almost only play those.You know,the ones that last days to play out... What fun is a game that is over in a few hours?You play it five more times and...dang!There it goes.In the "graveyard" of games you never play again. Time for a game that takes time to understand.I mean,it's not that hard,but it has tons of opportunities you find out only after playing it for a month or even later.If you like to stick with a game for half a year (or years,as me) then this is the one you should have.

You start with only two settlers that can build a city.You build your capital city first on a resourceful site and make a few military units.Then you go explore the world,seek contact with other civilizations and expand by sending out more settlers.Grow bigger to be more defendable to attacks.You start out in the early days with warriors and phalanxes and end up with paratroopers,battleships and atomic bombs.Scientific research is one of the most important things in the game.Try to get to Alpha Centauri first is your ultimate goal.
A lot more can be told about this game,but I don't want to bore you (if the harm hasn't been done yet).If you are into strategy games,this is a game you should definitely check out.
