Horrible! |

I just wanted to let everyone know that Claire's in the east mall, in Harrisburg, PA pierced my daughters ear at the very bottom and would not give her any compensation for it! It was so low that you could see the back of the earring from the front. We told the girl doing it that the dot was too low TWICE and she said she would do it higher when she did the actual piercing, but obviously didnt. My daughter had to wait and then sit through it again. Very rude company .. especially their corporate office! Just saying. They offered her $10 .. I guess thats all they think her ear is worth. I paid 50 for them to torture and scar her.

I'm sure your daughter will be fine in the long term, but I would agree it sounds like sloppy service.
