Oh yes!! The phrase known from the advert and the perfect way to describe the feeling you get from this product. Herbal Essences Fruit Fusion looks and smells delicious and actually makes my mouth water just smelling the delectable scent it leaves on my hair for days. (Not that I go days without showering or anything! What do you take me for?) Through this review you will notice that I talk about the product as though its edible … its not, so please don't! But if I could eat it I would.

Would like a tissue for that saliva leaking from your mouth?
Normally I use the normal hair shampoo and conditioner but will admit that I have tried and tested all of them … just for the smell. (So what?) They are all just as delicious as each other. Yum. For the purpose of this review it will mainly be based on the Normal Shampoo.
The Bottle.
All of the bottles are clear and transparent so that you can see the liquid inside revealing its oh so tempting colour. They are available in 250ml and 400 ml. Guess which one I buy? It tells u on the front at the bottom which hair type it is suitable for and gives a list of the fruit extracts used as well as a cute little picture. The Brand name is written in big bold letters and the logo of Clairol is above them. On the back is a full list of ingredients for those of you interested and there is also a handy little fact called a "Herbal Lore" about one of the ingredients which is quite fun in my opinion. The Smell.
As I have clearly pointed the smell is unbelievably fantastic and if the words shampoo were not written on the front of the of the bottle I could quite easily have mistaken it for a fruit drink and happily drank it. I find that the smell stays in your hair for at least 2-3 days, which is an added bonus in my book as I like my hair to smell great. It's not only people around me that can smell it either, I can always smell it which makes me feel good.
Washing.
Ok, so you're lying in the nice hot bath, you're all nice and relaxed and comfortable. Now it's time to try out the new shampoo that you have not yet had the pleasure of experiencing. From the moment you open the flip top lid, fabulous fruit essences are thrown at you and swim in and out of your nose. Using your usual amount, or even less with this shampoo, you find that a creamy, silky lather forms beneath your fingers at the slightest touch and the urge to keep rubbing forever takes over not wanting to leave the scents behind. But even after rinsing, those smells still happily cling to every hair. Lovely.
The Accompanying Conditioner.
As we all know, most shampoo's have an accompanying conditioner that is recommended to use with the shampoo. With most, I seem to find that you don't have to stick to the same brand and that mixing and matching works just as well. With this shampoo I didn't. Whether it was this fact or just the fact that they are excellent products, my hair felt dreamy afterwards. Like the shampoo, when applying the conditioner, it makes, not a lather, but a silky creamy coat for your hair that smells just as nice as the shampoo. It leaves your hair smelling gorgeous and tangle free.
How much is it?
I haven't found one store that is particularly cheaper than the rest and can't quote exactly on the price but for the 250ml bottles, they are normally about £2.80. No more expensive I believe than other leading brands and in stores such as Tesco and Morrisons there are normally BOGOF offers on them which I find useful when wanting to buy the conditioner too.
My experience.
I first tried Herbal Essences Shampoo a few years ago and can honestly say that I have stuck with them up until today. I have always been satisfied with the result of my hair after using these products and have found Fruit Fusions to be an excellent addition to the collection, not only for the smell but the way it makes me feel. "The way you make you make me feel, you knock me off my feet now baby! Woo!" sorry couldn't help but quote a little MJ there. Sorry to those of you who aren't fans - it just seemed to fit in with the moment. Overall I am very very pleased with Herbal Essences entire collection and would recommend them to anybody and everybody especially the Fruit Fusions collection. No matter what condition your hair there is bound to be something suitable even if you only try it out for the smell…. Ooo so gloriously yummy!! Recently I have also found that with the new found stress (and happiness of course) of a newborn baby it helps to relax myself and cherish those moments of peace and quiet when the little one is asleep. Ok I will end my review there while I run off to the bath to cure my fruity cravings. Once again big thumbs up from new mummy elle!!

Clairol make their fruit fusions shampoo and conditioners with organic fruit extracts and pure mountain spring water. The shampoo is alleged to 'invigorate hair to a soft, silky shine'. I would definitely agree with this statement.

Advantages: Hair gets clean, shiny and smells nice Disadvantages: You can't drink it, even though it smells nice
I quite like anything purple. We have purple walls, purple furniture, and even purple shampoo! It's made by Clairol, a pretty well known company in the hair-care world I'd say, being a divisoin of Procter & Gamble. The full product name is "Clairol Herbal Essences Fruit Fusions Hydrating Shampoo". The exact title may differ depending on which country you are in. This is specifically designed for dry or damaged hair. Mine isn't damaged, but perhaps ... ...care about my hair, and the way it looks, I've never really paid much attention to what shampoo I use, and if someone asked me, I'd reply "whatever is in the bathroom", as long as it's not TOO girly of course. I'd say purple is a non-sexist colour, and not aimed at anyone in particular. The long and the short is that it doesn't say anywhere that men can't use it, so that's ok by me. Anyway, to the product. It's a 250ml clear plastic bottle, so you ...
