Having said that my grandmother, and mother have both used Clarins all their adult lives and both look 20 years younger than they are so I guess there is some pedigree there! ...so gentle - in fact almost slightly too much as it leaves your skin feeling slightly greasy (just cleanse and tone afterwards to get rid of this feeling) but it does the job!!!!! It gets rid of mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow without scrubbing or washing. If you get it into your eyes by mistake it does not sting!
