The lip pencil

The lip pencil is just like a normal pencil except obviously its used on your lips, I only ever use this with my pink lipstick, as the pencil I own is pink and I am not sure if it would suit using it with other colours. Although if you were using a darker colour you could maybe lighten it up a little bit with this. Also you could use a light colour and use this as an outline on your lips, you can try and experiment a little with it.

How to use

This is easy there is two ways that you could use this:

*use the pencil and put it all over your lips, and place lipstick on over the top and they will blend in together, depending on the colour of your lipstick depends on how well this will suit.

*place your lipstick on and then use this on the edge of your lips, and use as an outline to make your lips stand out more, this would probably suit more lighter colours.

Does it gloss

The short answer to that is no, its like any other crayon, it will add to your colour but that's it, so if you like to have glossy lips you will also need to buy a lip gloss.

My opinion

I have not used this too much as I tend to use more darker colours when I go out, but I have had no problems with this pencil at all so far, its easy to apply to the lips, and it seems to make the lipstick stay on your lips longer. If I bought this again, I would probably go for a more darker colour, but I do like this and it does look good on the lips.

I think I would like to have a dark colour and do it as an outline on a light lipstick as I think this would look really cool with this pencil. I would recommend buying but I will say make sure you get a colour that you know you will make good use of. The pencil does what you would expect it to do, and do make your lips look nice, but it would be better if it was not so dry on your lips.
