I use this product every day, as I wear heavy eye make-up with loads of mascara. I am semi qualified as a beauty therapist and have used a large variety of brands which always have one or two problems. the main problem I experience with removing eye make-up on myself and other people is that the product will just not remove the mascara. Clarins Instant Eye Make-Up Remover simply melts mascara away with no need ever to rub hard at the eyes.the other problem with eye make up removers is that they are too harsh for the eyes and often cause stinging and redness, but you will not find this happening when you use this excellent product. It is not greasy and it smells lovely. do not confuse this with Clarins Gentle Eye Make Up remover which is not good for removing heavy eye make-up, but is excellent for ladies who wear contact lenses and eye make-up. The Instant is slightly more expensive than the Gentle and is a completely different formula. The Instant one must be shaken well as it consists of 2 fluids which must be mixed. the Gentle is clear blue, but do not buy this if you wear a lot of make-up as it won't work.
