Does it smell good?

Value for money

Possibly the most expensive bubble bath?

Advantages: Smells wonderful, helps you relax, lots of bubbles.
Disadvantages: The cost, the scent may not be to everyones taste.

Clarins have a wide range of beauty products, this one comes from their range of bath and shower concentrates. They have 3 different products in this category, Tonic, Relax and Contour, each with their own unique properties. This review is on the Relax Bath and Shower Concentrate. The Product -------------------- They call it a bath and shower concentrate and it comes in a clear bottle with a white flip open cap. The product is a wonderful bright ...
...The bottle itself comes inside Clarins usual white box with instructions inside on a separate sheet of paper but also summarised on the bottle and box. Properties -------------------- The product is said to relieve stress and fatigue and to aid relaxation after exercising. It has unique triple action properties. Smell like a Goddess!

Advantages: Long lasting smell, lathers well, relaxes!
Disadvantages: Smells a little too strong!

...wise to splash out on Clarins products - I'd be much better off with a shower gel from the super market but I just can't do it! I physically cannot pick up a £1.99 shower gel and purchase it, I really do think I need help! I discovered Clarins about 2 years ago when my mum got given some shower gel as a Christmas present, seeings as she is very fussy and will only use Clinique products she decided against using this and made the very wise choice ...
...cups of tea that day!). Clarins is a French based company whose products are considered luxuorious and available worldwide. It was set up in 1954 as a beauty treatment centre in Paris but has since developed a huge range of beauty and skin care products. The product she gave me was Clarins Bain aux Plantes Relax or to the uninitiated of us out there - bath & shower gel! It came in the customary white Clarins box with the red emblazoned writing on ...

I SMELL LIKE A HOBBIT FROM MIDDLE EARTH ...

Advantages: Well, it looks lovely on my bathroom shelf ...
Disadvantages: Wreaks like you wouldn't believe, doesn't lather well

...a rather bulging basketful of Clarins goodies under our Christmas tree last year from Brian and delighted at the fancy packaging itself for longer than is probably healthy. However, our bathroom was undergoing major transformations and we went without a bath for some time (oh, ha ha - we had the shower!) but it just doesn't feel like a luxurious haven does it when there are no tiles on the wall, no flooring to speak of and the wind is whistling like ...
...the shelf ..... Introducing Clarins Relax Bath & Shower Concentrate. To you and I that basically equates to "shower gel". It looks very classy, and even quite expensive. It is contained in a see through plastic bottle, oval in shape with a chunky white flip open top -embossed in gold lettering Clarins on the top. In white writing on the front it says "Clarins Relax Bath & Shower Concentrate" adding "with aromatic plant extracts". The contents look ...

Clarins Relax Bath and Shower Concentrate

Advantages: Lovely smell and it does helps you relax
Disadvantages: A bit pricey

...ache, especially when combined with Clarins Relax Oil. Like all Clarins products it contains natural ingredients including basil (good for nervous system), chamomile (anti-inflammatory & healing plant), orange (good antiseptic and used in aromatherapy), horse chestnut (great for tired legs and prevent varicose veins), thyme, mint (helps to relax), and geranium (soothing properties), St. John's Wort (mouisturiser), hops (stimulant). However, I probably ...
...price (£14.00 for 200ml bottle), which I am not prepared to pay on a regular basis. It lasts for about 3 weeks just like any other shower gel and I think, I will be more relaxed knowing that I don't have to spend this amount of money on a shower gel and can enjoy one of the simple brands available everywhere. Although it claims to reduce appearance of "spongy" skin,I haven't notice any difference to my skin after using it or maybe I am not "spongy" ...

Ahh?

Advantages: Instant absorption, lovely aroma, relatively soft skin
Disadvantages: Have to use quite a bit, v.expensive

Last Christmas I received a Clarins set which included the Relax shower/bath concentrate, body balm and body polisher (exfoliator). This review will focus on the ?Relaxing Body Balm with essential oils?. My balm is in a 100ml tube; the standard size is double that, at 200ml, but the tubes are in the same design. RELAXING BODY BALM When it comes to packaging Clarins always stick to the functional and classic look rather than going for anything wacky or trendy ? it won?t offend, but then again it?s not likely to excite. This balm is presented in a thick plastic tube which stands on its flip top lid (there?s that function coming in again?) The main part of the tube is a deep greeny blue colour and the lid is white. As I received this for Christmas I do not know the exact value of the set but I know that being Clarins it?s not ...

And Relax......

Advantages: Leaves skin smooth, subtle scent, relaxs
Disadvantages: Price... that all really

I was lucky enough to receive this product along with the Relaxing Body Polisher and Relax Bath and shower concentrate, from my long suffering other half, for my birthday last year. Bless him, how did he guess? OK, I admit, I attached a full page advert to his PC, complete with a few pointers from my trusty highlighter. As a Clarins devotee, I have worked my way through most of the range on my "prescription? from the nice lady in Boots. The Clarins Aroma Body Care range was something I hadn?t used before, and after a trip to Boots to see if I liked the scent, I decided that the range was destined for my (rather crowded) bathroom shelf. The Aroma Body Care range comes in either Toning (yellow packaging) and Relaxing (Blue) and each has it?s own set of Shower and Bath Concentrate, Body Treatment oil, Body Polisher and Body Balm ...
