I was given a bottle of this oil for my 40th birthday. Given the price it will have to remain a special birthday treat and I don't think I will be buying a replacement when it is finished. It is great on your skin after the bath, really rubs in well with no greasy residue. I particularly like putting it on the my legs after shaving if they feel itchy as it is very sooting. My sister got into when she was pregnant to help prevent strech marks. She doesn't have any so whetehr it was the oil or genetic I don't know. It smells absolutely gorgeous, a sort of minty, lemony, herby (no not like a roast chicken) rather than the usual cosmetic floral scent.

I have been using this face cream for quite a well now. I started to use it when i was in a car accident and i have quite a large scar in between my eyes. It's shaped like a backward L.
For a year or two i kept putting on loads of make up to cover the scar. But i noticed this face cream and started using it twice a day. The redness in my scar has started to fade. The scar is really not noticeable now.
I find the cream very reasonable. It's not too oily and goes on really easy. It has totally given me the confidence to not wear make-up and the scar has totally faded. The cream didn't irritate my skin, it made it feel soft and full of life again. The scar in between my eyes was quite sensitive but it ain't now thanks to Bio-oil.

The product I am reviewing today is the ClarinsFaceTreatmentOil for dehydrated skin or "Huile Orchidee Bleue" as all Clarins products have the name in French with the English translation underneath. The facetreatmentoil comes in 3 varieties, "Santal" for dry or extra dry skin, "Lotus" for combination skin (prone to oiliness and dry patches) and the "Orchidee Bleue" (Blue Orchid) which is for dehydrated skin. At the time I bought the product I was recommended the Orchidee Bleue.
