Definitely Worth the Scrub!
Advantages: Refines skin texture, evens out skin and feels invigorating. Disadvantages: Don't use on face or tender parts.
Well, first you must know I am not much of a "body scrub" type of person. I have an old wooden bath brush which I use on the rare occasion that I think my back needs scrubbing. I also have a net type puff which I use more often. I have extremely sensitive skin, so I didn't want to scrub myself red or cause skin damage. I was pleasantly surprised by this product!
It squeezes out of the tube like toothpaste and is of a very fine ... ...rubbed it on my hands with water. This seemed OK. Then I started with the body and rubbed the stuff all over my legs, arms, back and whatever else didn't seem too sensitive. The product stays active for a few minutes and then the grains dissolve. What's left you can just rinse off. I probably spent a total of 5 minutes doing this. This product is nice because some of the scrubs are so thick and feel like they contain rocks or tree parts!

Then I started with the body and rubbed the stuff all over my legs, arms, back and whatever else didn't seem too sensitive. The product stays active for a few minutes and then the grains dissolve. After I was done I did notice my skin was quite smooth and felt exfoliated, clean and fresh, even glowing a little. I immediately put on a body lotion/moisturizer and then I really noticed a nice difference in my skin's appearance and texture. I really had a "new skin" just like the product promises. I didn't have any irritation or blotches or redness. My skin felt very soft as well.
I highly recommend this scrub and I noticed a difference the very first time I used it. I continue to use it once a week to maintain exfoliation and I have noticed a nice refinement to my skin. I don't have flakiness on my legs anymore and I have a nice glow.!
