My first visit to the Clarins Studio in my nearest Department Store was a birthday present from my husband. Since then I have been several times usually as presents from family as it is quite expensive to just treat yourself.
STAFF - The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products but certainly don't pressure you into buying anything.
ROOMS - The individual rooms are calmly lighted with soft music playing and oils burning to add a delicate smell to add to the atmosphere. The beds are comfortable and whilst they are working on one part of you they cover the rest of you up so you dont get cold.
TREATMENTS AVAILABLE - Clarins update their treatments and some that I have experienced in the past such as the extra relaxing body treatment and the Paris Method treatments are no longer available. I do recommend the Serenity soothing body treatment which is an hour long and priced at £41. You get an exfoliation of your body followed by 50 minutes of massage. You come out with your skin feeling so soft and smelling delicious.
NOT JUST FOR WOMEN - There is also a separate range of three treatments designed especially for men using products specifically designed for men, this includes a facial, body massage and back and scalp massage.
GIFT IDEA - I think a treatment at the Clarins studio is a wonderful idea for a present for someone special. It is a luxury that most people wouldn't buy for themselves but most would enjoy.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Everyone should pamper themselves every once in a while I think. None of the department stores I have been in have a specific Clairins studio and their prices are much higher too. Fionaxx

It sounds very nice and you certainly enjoyed it. More details (eg. what products they used during the treatment, whether you still felt the benefits the next day etc) would have been an extra help!
Advantages: Lasts as long as you want/and or can afford opposed to going to a Health Farm for a days treatment which is more costly. Disadvantages: Can't think of any.
