Clarity Phone

Think you are getting hard of hearing; want a telephone that has a high frequency with enchantment; that is adapted to suit your needs? Let me tell about Clarity.

Clarity is a Walker product. It has been around since December 1997. It does have some unique features, what I like amongst other things it is that it has Clarity Power Control, which allows you to control conversations, it accomplishes this by increasing or amplifying frequency in sounds that are high; with this unique feature, you can hear clearly.

Another feature it that it has a Power button which has a slide button, that allows you to control the volume of the caller or your own voice

When the telephone rings, a sound indicator level flickers. The ringer volume has three settings, off, low and high. It is also useful if you need to wear a hearing aid that has a loop system. The ringer volume control has three tone options. There is no doubt, the sounds are adequate, and sounds even better if you near by.

My family have good hearing (hah hah! That’s because they young and quick!) and will alter the phone volume control to their level. Bah! Oh Boy! I really shout at them to LEAVE IT ALONE! By the sounds of my voice, there is a rush of obedience to put it back. (I go to my room and have a real giggle!)They really do work fast!

For those whose sight is not as perfect as mine (laugh!) the buttons are large, in addition three large buttons are used for quick dials. Red, blue, green. The green button is marked with a white cross! Guess what! I have allocated this button to my doctor’s surgery. All you need to do is press!

You can also programme 10 extra telephone numbers in memory that you may use regularly. These are quick dial black buttons. Other buttons on the keypad are black with large white numbers and an easy grip handset.

I do like this phone very much, it does help, when it rings, it alert me to hear the phone comfortably, It is a hit with my family and friends.

Instructions are simple to read, the illustrations are also helpful to follow and it has large fonts, which, makes it comfortable to read. Price £42.51 plus handling charge of £5.80. If you are disabled you do not need to pay V.A.T, provided you sign the declaration form.
