Not Without Polish
Advantages: A simple and fun as well as challenging FPS, boss battles Disadvantages: Jerky, blocky graphics
...and there I was, running away screaming! There are three difficulty skill settings should the going get too tough but no troubles to be had with a straightforward six letter password system. Wolfenstein is as simplistic as an FPS can be, but that's not to say it's the worst. ...

The Cloud in my sky that I love
Advantages: Amazing game, timeless, enjoyable and moving story Disadvantages: Emerald and Ruby are HARD.
...to say I love the final fantasy series and, like many fans, my favourite is the seventh. I first played final fantasy 7 in 2005 despite it being eight years old but after playing final fantasy 10 and having this one recommended to me I decided to give it a go. Here is what I thought. The Plot Final Fantasy 7 focuses on a resistence group called Avalanch who are fighting against the Shinra incorporation - a company that runs the city of Midgar ... ...In regards to the plot Final Fantasy has one of the most complex and involving storylines and, as said above, is a favourite to the large fan base. No other game has been able to come close to the level of magic and success that 7 created. It is the most user friendly game in the series, the most rewarding and possibly the longest when including all the hidden activities. It is spread over three discs and it will take you on a journey in your living ...

No Streets Of RAGE
Advantages: Features Fatboy Slim tunes and Joe Mad artwork Disadvantages: Badly balanced, dodgy graphics and crap camera, gets bleeding boring quickly
Gekido - Urban Fighters is a 3D side-scrolling beat-em-up developed by Naps Team whom, must have been sleeping on the job when asked to make a good game. Positives & Negatives: [-] The Wipeout move could have been assigned to a button. [-] Players are supposed to pick up on new combos which are shown only for a short while. [-] Gekido's graphics are not solid and the camera is crap - judging distances tricky; cannot anticipate what's ahead, and objects ... ...the er, Rage feature? Gekido feels badly balanced what with poor move prioritising so it's not that great. [-] Frequent silly scenes (some skippable) of enemies jumping out of vehicles and/or your character being surrounded by enemies, whereby they take the initiative. [-] Some of the stuff that can do damage to you does not hurt the enemy and thus cannot be used to the player's advantage, which is a damn shame. [-] Gekido fails to punch it's weight ...

it was the first and is still the best!
Advantages: great opponents, suits a wide variety of gaming talents Disadvantages: limited attacking and defending options
Other games of the same type were later released on the SNES and Sega Master System but this was the best version by a long way!
In this game you play Joe, a determined, average boxer trying to make it as a contender, hopefully one day winning the title.
You start off trying to overcome opponents in the lower divisions and as you beat them you work your way up to better, stronger, some what humorous characters.
You only had limited attacks and ... ...block, left block & right block) but the idea of the game is figuring out when best to use each option.
Each opponent has a different fighting style and special attack so no two fighters are the same, this helps the games playability.
The sound was very limited and the game tune can become a little annoying but this does not take away from the game very much.
As the game goes on and you defeat more and more opponents they become harder and harder. ...

Great but not outstanding
Advantages: fun and exciting Disadvantages: not original or very challenging
Super puzzle fighter 2 was a great game. I enjoyed playing it alot but there were a few problems I had with it. For one, it is not an entirely original game, there have been many games like it, its originality relies more on the enphasis of the characters. It was deffinately fun to play but it wasn't very challenging. Even master arcade which you can unlock in the street puzzle selection from the menu wasnt all that hard. The game takes alot of pre ... ...have to be able to do this very fast and rely alot on instictive plays when taking part in master arcade. All the extra stuff which you can unlock was deffinately a good bonus to have in the game. You can unlock each characters invidual voices and songs, pictures/wallpapers and sakura's original song which she actually sing in. It was very quick to complete, I managed to clock the whole game in less than 3/4 hours. ...
