Two Final Fantasy games for £20.....
Advantages: Two games, It's Final Fantasy *ammit! Disadvantages: snes graphics
...this for a minute. Two Final Fantasy games for the price of one *rappy kart racer or somthing of the like. This is insanity...... exploit it!
Okay, that's the first good thing....
First I'll cover Final Fantasy IV. Pros:
Okay, This is a Final Fantasy game, meaning it is a worthy buy on it's own, let alone with another one! It has most of the staples that make Final Fantasy games great......
Namely, Huge storyline, great fight systems(including ... ...adventures, culminating in an epic final battle with the baddie (Zemus). Another great plot from the FF team.
This was also the first game that had any real charactor progression, both statisticly and emotionly. Also, being a Final Fantasy game, it uses emotion to make you really feel for the charactors (this was probably used to best effect with the infamous "Aeris' death" scene from FFVII, causing many gamers to shed a tear).
The charactors also ...

Final Fantasy 8 has aged well
Advantages: considering its time an excellent soundtrack , good story, an extremely long life span, good use Disadvantages: no audio dialogue, game has still aged , no multiplayer functions
...titles on the original playstation, Final Fantasy 8 is essential to Final Fantasy fans and a good buy for any role playing game fans who are not afraid to play old titles lacking graphics of the next generation. With a minimum of 50 hours gameplay longetivity is no issue as the game spans 4 CD's and has many of side quests to accomplish. You will also find in this game one of the most loved minigames in history Triple Triad a card game played on ... ...be watched and admired. One final Fantasys drawbacks is its lack of audio based dialogue but it does have an extremely lovable sound track composed by Nobou Uematsu who is famous for many of the Final Fantasy soundtracks. Even now i will still pick up this title and play it through it is worth considering if you are still a fan of retro gaming. ...

The Cloud in my sky that I love
Advantages: Amazing game, timeless, enjoyable and moving story Disadvantages: Emerald and Ruby are HARD.
...to say I love the final fantasy series and, like many fans, my favourite is the seventh. I first played final fantasy 7 in 2005 despite it being eight years old but after playing final fantasy 10 and having this one recommended to me I decided to give it a go. Here is what I thought. The Plot Final Fantasy 7 focuses on a resistence group called Avalanch who are fighting against the Shinra incorporation - a company that runs the city of Midgar ... ...In regards to the plot Final Fantasy has one of the most complex and involving storylines and, as said above, is a favourite to the large fan base. No other game has been able to come close to the level of magic and success that 7 created. It is the most user friendly game in the series, the most rewarding and possibly the longest when including all the hidden activities. It is spread over three discs and it will take you on a journey in your living ...

Chrono Cross - 2 Worlds of Fun.
Advantages: large cast of characters, fun storyline, no random battles, great replay value, nice graphics. Disadvantages: Quite short, not enough side-quests
Chrono Cross, the widely anticipated sequel to the Super Nintendo's "Chrono Trigger" is a very rare game. Rare in 2 senses...1 in that it is usually hard to come by in shops and online, and 2 that it is a game that for it's time was groundbreaking. Even today, it is still a game that has stood the tests of time.
You play as Serge (renameable if you choose), a young islander with a nice life and no real worries to complain about. However, all this ... ...The game is not particularly long...especially compared to some like the final fantasy series. But with the replay value, this is where you begin to clock up the hours. For anyone looking for a great RPG to invest some time in, you won't go too far wrong with Chrono Cross. ...

Final fantasy 9
Advantages: Its beautifully animated Disadvantages: none
Final fantasy nine is fantastic and also something different from the final fantasy team. In this installment the makers of final fantasy decided to make there worlds and charecters more cartoony than realistic as in ff8 although it doesnt sound great it works very well with the invention of super charecters like viv.The story is about a rougue who has a lion like tail,he kidnaps a more than willing princess which starts him on a adventure to save ... ...little easier than in other final fantasys, you kill monsters you get magic stones and are more powerful much easier than final fantasy 8s junction system,as usual there are much tougher bosses than the final boss and you will need to grind away to get those levels but it comes a little more in tune with the game this time.
My favorite bits of final fantasy are the secret parts and sadly these wernt as good as the others but the stunning cut scenes ...
