I had a facial a few weeks ago and the beautician used an exfoliating facial scrub on my face, I'd never used one before and I found it made a huge difference to the softness of my skin. She claimed it gets rid of the dead skin and unclogs pores to stop spots. Anyway, as I'd already shelled out a fortune for the moisturiser she used at the salon I had to stop myself from buying the facial scrub too. So I popped down to ASDA and found this "Clean & Clear Exfoliating Daily Wash" instead.....
***VALUE FOR MONEY***
My 150ml tube only cost me just over £2...a bargain! However, it was on special offer. 25% off I think, so you may have to pay a little more. I'd still consider it to be fairly cheap though. I've used the product every day now and as you only have to use a small 20p(ish) size amount then the bottle still feels as full as it was when I bought it!
***USING THE PRODUCT***
When using the product you are directed to wet the face then massage a small amount of the daily wash around your face then wash off. You are advised to keep it away from your eyes, however it's fairly gentle so may not be dangerous if you do my mistake get some in your eyes! Anyway, the daily wash is a thick and creamy white liquid (no puns please) it contains tiny granules of what I can only describe as "sand-like blobs" that I suppose are the bits that scrape away all the dead skin cells.
***THE END RESULT***
It left my skin feeling really smooth and as i'm now on a budget I'll definitely be buying this again, my skin stayed smooth all day even after wearing make up. I use the product first thing in the morning then cleanse tone and moisturise before I go to bed and my skins never been in such good condition! I recommend it to anyone with dry skin that wants it perking up a bit!
***WHERE TO FIND IT***
I've seen the product sold in most stores like Boots, Superdrug, Bodycare, and other supermarkets. Its very widely available. The package is pale blue with the "Clean & Clear" logo at the top - Purple background with white text. Underneath is the name of the product written in a blue box and the product is described underneath
The product is made by Johnson & Johnson. I've never tried any other products in the range but I might possibly give them a go. Opinions coming up if I do...!
The website for the company is www.jnj.com
Well, i hope this review gave u a bit more info about the product!

Hiya! Emma's back...
Great Opinion. I find this is the best exfoliator - it makes your skin so smooth!
Be careful, however, of using it everyday. It's awfully harsh and using exfoliants too often causes premature aging! Try cutting down to twice a week - your skin should stay smooth!

Facial scrubs are great - sadly I am allergic to this one. I use Clinique, which is great, but this sounds a really good budget buy. Another good one is the Simple Gentle Exfoliator for about £2.50, which also has small enough grains not to scratch your skin. Nikki
