This is a very gentle cleanser, that you rinse off with water. It says mild exfoliater, but it does not feel like an exfoliater at all, so don't buy it if you want a proper exfoliation, the particles are practically non existant. This face wash is perfect for sensitive skin. It's very gentle after having used clean and clear skin face wash which i found actually brings out blemishes!! I picked up this product after a sudden out burst of bad skin. I generally have quite oily skin but all of a sudden, I got these disgusting sort of black heads which look as though they are trapped under the skin.
