You use this before doing steps 1 (soap), 2 (clarifying lotion) and 3 (moisturiser) thus turning the process into 4 steps. I changed to using Biotherm after being an avid Clinique fan for around 3 years, and the difference was astonishing. I have tried this cleansing foam because my mum bought it for herself but she did not like it. So she gave it to me and I decided to give it a go.
