A sad disapointment
Review of Clinique Clarifying Lotion by Cristinad

Advantages: Perfect in the begining - terrifying after two weeks of use.
Disadvantages: It turn my skin into a mess.

...3-step skin care system from Clinique kept my attention: it was simple, clean design, nice brand, expensive (dont like this one..). Well, as usual I bought my first one from the online Hong-Kong based shop (much cheaper...) Sasa. Strawberry.net is an option, too. In my regular skin care, toner is one of my favourite products. I cant really pass from clean to cream without feeling bad with myself. Toner takes off the rest of cleaning products, the ...
...skin. Toner: a must. Clinique says that this is not a toner: its an exfoliate lotion. Whatever. It was my first tought, but after I uset it, I really felt the difference between these little miracle and all the toners I've been using until now. It cleans! When I rub the cotton in my face with a tiny-tiny amount of lotion I felt a freshness and a clean sensation that I've never experienced with another toner. And the cotton came a little darker ... Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant- oooh lovely!
Review of Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant by KatieSCB

Advantages: Made my skin look fresher & clearer from the start.
Disadvantages: A bit pricey but worth it!

I had a Dermalogica facial last week and out of all the products used i asked which one the therapist would recommend i purchase, she suggested the daily microfoliant. The entire Dermalogica range appealed to me because it is not tested on animals and seems to be pretty natural. I have never spent much money on beauty products before (the facial was a present), but my skin felt so nice during and after the facial that i was really impressed. My ...
...having a facial with a Dermalogica therapist rather than just buying what you think is right for you, because they use quite a few different products during the treatment. So you can see what you feel is comfortable on your skin and take their advice. You don't have to buy from them, but if you do and are not happy that the products have been appropriately recommended the goods do come with a guarantee (as long as they have been recommended by a ... Wash away the problems!
Review of Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel by petal99

Advantages: It works and it is gentle on your skin
Disadvantages: None

...firm user and seller of Dermalogica products, I never heard of this brand before and I was seriously not going to fork out lots on money on over-rated products. But how wrong of me… soon after my first facial my skin looked so clear, so smooth, soft.. I knew then that all the cheap products I had in my cabinet had to go, they were probably one of the reasons why my skin was so congested!! Anyhow let's start talking a bit more about one of my favourite ...

Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser
Review of Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser by Velvetee

Advantages: Does what it says on the bottle
Disadvantages: Can be messy, longer to apply, menthol frangrance irritates my eyes.

...was first introduced to the Dermalogica range, by my beautician and tried a variety of their products, which are lovely to use, always light, mostly frangrance free and hypoallergenic (less likely to provoke an allergic reaction). Even at 38, I'm still prone to the ocassional break out, which is an absolute pain. Not only do my spots last longer, but having darker skin, I'm always left with a dark scar where the blemish was. I've been using Dermalogica's ...
...messy, takes more time to apply and remove and the menthol fragrance does make my eyes sting and water slightly, but this is probably because my eyes are naturally sensitive. Also the Dermalogica range is not cheap, prices start from about £15. I would, however, definately reccommend this product. ... Read review

Clinique- good for sensitive skin
Review of Clinique Mild Clarifying Lotion by mum2boys82

Advantages: Only cleaning routine that works for me
Disadvantages: Very expensive to buy all 3 products at once

...2 of the 3 step clinique system. As I have really sensitive skin I have to use the mild clarifying lotion instead of the normal lotions which are numbered 1, 2 and 3. I have tried many different clensing products over the last 5 years and this one is the best for my skin. The other products I have tried have given me an allergic reaction, such as itchiness and my face swelling up so I was worried about trying this due to the inital expense, but ...
...she had similar problems. Clinique do claim that no one can be allergic to their products because of their strict testing, but I do know some people who have found the products to dry out their skin. I do ocassionally get dry skin, but I only cleanse once a day instead of the recommended twice and use a free extra moisturising gel for 2/3 days and it fully hydrates the skin again. I always try to buy my clinque products when they are on offer in ... Read review
