Advantages: Removes surface make-up effectively. Gentle on the skin. Non-drying.
Disadvantages: Removes only what's on the surface - another cleanser needed for a deeper clean. Leaves a residue.

Advantages: Effective at removing make-up, hydrating, skin left clean and silky, removes tough make-up
Disadvantages: slightly messy, confusing labels on bottles for cosmetic beginners.

I've been using the Loreal milk-toner and Elixir Concentrate Make-up Remover and was very impressed with them. I wear heavy foundation on a daily basis, alongside mascara and liquid eyeliner. Before this product i'd been using Simple facewipes to remove my makeup but was never satisfied with how the wipes removed my makeup and dried out my skin. Disadvantages: Not enough in each pack!

I thought I'd buy these wipes as we get a catalogue at work and they were half price; £1.75 if I remember rightly! The only downside that I can see to these wipes is that there aren't enough of them in a pack! Although again, this could be a positive point as they easily slip into your handbag!
