so lightweight and silky. It's cooling and soothing on the skin and is absorbed really quickly and effortlessly. It creates a great base for eye makeup, working like a primer to allow concealer or foundation to cling to it and last longer. Clinique recommend using this both morning and evening, and I find that it is lightweight enough to do so.
But the real test of an eye cream is in its long term effects. I've now been using this for two months and the skin around my eye is no longer dry or flaky, is more toned and feels a lot smoother. My dark circles are not completely gone, but have been noticeably reduced to the point where my concealer is actually able to fully conceal them, which is a first for me!
