Have you ever been in the sun and realized that you were going to feel it later that evening? Such is the case of many a day here in Florida. So, as an added bit of security, I keep after sun lotion close at hand.
As a note, I have Medium-Olive skin and do not burn easily. I ALWAYS wear SPF. Even in a sun-bed. It is always a good idea to counter-act any sun-damage and dehydration by drinking excessive amounts of water BEFORE and DURING your time ... ...or Tylenol (fever reducers) after prolonged exposure to the sun. This will bring your over-all body temperature down, causing less of a burn than you would ordinarily have. Of course I have the typical store-brand nondescript (cheap lotion) in my refrigerator as a staple for others, but I tend to pamper myself a bit more. The rinse off foaming cleanser does exactly what it says on the tube. You only need a very small amount to cleanse your face and are advised to avoid the eye area so you don't dry out the delicate skin or get some in your eyes and swear like a heathen on more
