Clinique Exfoliators Gentle Exfoliator Rinse-Off Formula

Gentle, soothing exfoliator

Advantages: Really gentle, leaves skin soft & moisturised
Disadvantages: Quite expensive

As with nearly ever other No 7 product I own I got this because I got a £5 No 7 voucher. I hadn't seen a lot I wanted but wanted to use the voucher so I just went for on of the cheapest things in the skincare range which was this exfoliator. At full price it isn't exactly cheap though, it was £7.50, but that meant I only paid £2.50 for it which was a good bargain! It is a 75ml bottle which is average size for a face scrub. Packaging? It is in a squeezy bottle which sits upside down with the bit where the scrub comes out at the bottom, so it is always easy to get it out of the bottle. The bottle is kind of clear so you can see what is inside a bit, but it is a bit frosted which actually makes it look nice and better quality than if it were a clear bottle. It has a gold 'No7 at the top and 'Radiance Revealed' written in bold ...

Clinique rinse-off Foaming cleanser

Advantages: Feels lovely and creamy
Disadvantages: Adds an extra step in your routine

I got a sample size of this free when buying other clinique products and have been using it for about 1 week. I don't think that there is any difference to the quality of my skin, but it does feel lovely to use. You use this before doing steps 1 (soap), 2 (clarifying lotion) and 3 (moisturiser) thus turning the process into 4 steps. You only need to use a very small amount of the product as it foams up when you rub it onto your face and feels really creamy, so a small sample tube will last me for at least one month if not longer. After using the soap as well your face feels really super clean and fresh. I don't think that I would buy a full size tube of this product as I don't really wear a lot of make up where I think you would get the real benefit of a deep cleaning product. Top Exfoliating Scrub!

Advantages: Exfoliates, makes your skin feel clean, fresh and smooth
Disadvantages: None

I offen use clinique for make-up rather than their cleansing products. After I was recomended the scrub by a friend, this was the first cleansing product I had brought in the clinique range. I am extremly happy with the results! Unlike most scrubs, this one is very thick and you only need a 5 pence size to do your whole face! It lasts longer than most scrubs also, so do not be afraid to spend the extra pound or two, it's worth every penny! Also unlike most scrubs, this is gentle and doesn't leave your skin feeling 'scratched'. It leaves your skin feeling fresh, soft and smooth (an ideal canvas for your make-up!).
