Moisture on Call is a very light cream, almost lotion consistency, easily absorbed and refreshing moisturiser.

Its main ingredients are humectant, plant extracts, shea butter, jojoba oil and vitamin E.

I use a very small amount on my finger tips after cleansing. I use it mainly on my cheeks as this is where my skin feels most dry. A small amount is all you need as a little bit of cream goes a long way.

It does not leave the skin greasy or oily just feeling very, very soft. I use a sun bed regularly and my skin is very sun damaged. Moisture on Call seems to repair the skin in the short term but it doesn't protect my skin from exposure to the sun.

I have also used the cream on my elbows where my skin can get very dry. The effects were not so obvious her but after about a week I could really feel the difference. The dryness had gone and my elbows felt very soft.

Moisture on Call is also a great base for make up. I have used it underneath my make up and it gives a very smooth finish. My make up looks more natural and blends in easier.

I know one of my colleagues has said that she no longer wheres a foundation since using Moisture on Call because it leaves her skin looking so healthy. I know I didn't notice that she had stopped wearing foundation to work so I guess this must be true.

Although this is a good product I would not recommend it for people with sensitive skin. I've heard from a number of colleagues and friends with sensitive skin that they've had a reaction to the cream. If you have sensitive skin, stick with the Dramatically Different Moisture Lotion by Clinique. It gives the same affect but is much more gentle on your skin.

With continued use Moisture on Call is supposed to firm the skin, enhance its ability to moisture itself and minimise fine lines. Personally after two months I'm yet to see any of those effects.

Moisture on Call does not come in big bottles but as I said a little bit goes a long way and the bottle I have has lasted for about 2 months so far and theres still some left.

Clinique are famous for their high quality products that are dermatologist tested and are fragrance free.

I know you will enjoy using it as much as I do but I'm not sure everyone will agree that this product is value for money. For 50 ml you are looking to pay approx £27, because of the price I have only rated this product average.

I'm sure there must be another product on the market that can give the same great effect but at a much cheaper price. Personally I think the No 7 range of moisturisers are just as good for my skin type at 1/5 of the price but I couldn't say for other skin types.

Perhaps those with other skin types to mine (dry & not very sensitive) may like to comment on the best moisturisers for their skin type.

I might give no 7 a go then. I'll write a review once I've tried it see how the two compare.

I quite fancy trying this now but can't see Mark liking the price too much! Chris x
