Cleansers - Clinique Wash Away Gel (Combination/Oily Skin) Clinique Rinse Off Foaming Cleanser (All Skin Types) Clinique Comforting Cream Cleanser (Very Dry/Sensitive Skin) Clinique Take The Day Off Makeup Remover (All Skin Types)
All the cleansers i tried, made my skin feel worse not better, and the word paint stripper comes to mind.
What bit of normal skin the cleanser left me with, the toner finished off.
Moisturisers/conditioning products Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion Clinique Turnaround Cream (Normal/dry Skin) Clinique UV Response Face Cream SPF 30
Clinique City Block Sheer SPF15 £12.50 Clinique Almost Makeup SPF 15 £11.50
The moisture products were much too rich for my skin and i broke out into spots.
The only products from this range i would buy again, are the last two products which i have priced. Most of the products from this range i have bought from my local Debenhams, but i now use this website for any further Clinique purchases. www.slapiton.tv.com which incidentaly, doesnt charge for delivery.
The skincare items are of good quality, but they are not suitable for temperamental skin types.
Advantages: Exfoliates, makes your skin feel clean, fresh and smooth Disadvantages: None
I offen use clinique for make-up rather than their cleansing products. After I was recomended the scrub by a friend, this was the first cleansing product I had brought in the cliniquerange. I am extremly happy with the results! Unlike most scrubs, this one is very thick and you only need a 5 pence size to do your whole face! It lasts longer than most scrubs also, so do not be afraid to spend the extra pound or two, it's worth every penny! Also unlike most scrubs, this is gentle and doesn't leave your skin feeling 'scratched'. It leaves your skin feeling fresh, soft and smooth (an ideal canvas for your make-up!). The best exfoliating scrub i have tried! ...
Advantages: reduces puffiness gently but effectively, superb texture, a little goes a long way Disadvantages: some may find it expensive
Although I'm a big fan of Clinique products in general, I only recently purchased All About Eyes encouraged by a promotion. I've been using the cream every day, morning and night, for around three weeks now and am very satisfied with it.
As tends to be the case with Clinique's skincare products, the texture of the cream is superb. It gets absorbed in seconds and you can apply eye make-up straight after use. It is pleasantly light and makes the skin feel very smooth. All About Eyes is allergy-tested, fragrance-free and very gentle on the sensitive eye area. It is said to diminish the look of circles, shadows, lines and puffs, but a helpful in-store consultant adviced me that it works best on reducing puffiness (apparently some other products in the Cliniquerange are better for treating dark circles, for example), which it has ...
Advantages: Its just fantastic! Disadvantages: bit pricey.
I am obsessed with everything that is clinique, well most of their range and because of this I love clinique bonus time. It was in a wonderful pink box full of freebies at bonus time that I discovered 'all about eyes'.
I didn't really read about what it was supposed to do before trying it, so the first thing I noticed was the texture of it when applied. It is a lightweight pinky white cream that I can honesly say leaves the skin feeling 'velvety' and soft, not greasy at all. I'm only 22 so wasn't sure that I was really going to benefit from an eye cream, however I do suffer from dark circles around my eyes and this really did the trick of reducing those - I was delighted!
I managed to obtain two of the sample tubes and those lasted me an age as you only need the smallest amount for each eye. When I ventured back to the clinique ...
