I got a sample size of this free when buying other clinique products and have been using it for about 1 week. I don't think that there is any difference to the quality of my skin, but it does feel lovely to use.
You use this before doing steps 1 (soap), 2 (clarifying lotion) and 3 (moisturiser) thus turning the process into 4 steps. You only need to use a very small amount of the product as it foams up when you rub it onto your face and feels really creamy, so a small sample tube will last me for at least one month if not longer. After using the soap as well your face feels really super clean and fresh.
I don't think that I would buy a full size tube of this product as I don't really wear a lot of make up where I think you would get the real benefit of a deep cleaning product. But it is nice to use and I would gladly use more if I got free samples of it again!

i wouldn't use Clinique as I've always thought it was a bit too expensive

Good review.
I recently received a complementary 'goody bag' from a local department stores pamper evening which contained this cleanser. It's very good but not worth paying £10+ for!
