I started using fake tans in my teens when they turned you a nasty orange colour and made you stink! ive tried nearly all of the ones on the market from the more expensive St Tropez to the cheaper boots range.The Clinique self tanning lotion is the best ive come across and not badly priced at 12.50,it comes in two colours light or dark for different skin tones although i use the dark one and im fair to medium so its whatever suits you.It is quite simple to apply as the lotion is tinted so you can see wher you are appling it,i do mine once a week to keep a natural colour,but if im going out and want a darker colour i will do it twice.Another good thing about this tan is it doesnt leave your hands orange and you havent got to scrub them just a wash is enough,unlike st tropez which left me with a nice shade of grey hands(strange) even tho i washed them.You can buy it in most department stores boots,debenhams e.t.c and a tube lasts me a couple of months.The smell is ok considering some fake tans really smell bad and put you off using them.The main thing i like about this tan is that you only have to leave it on for 2 hours before showering so its not time consuming and you dont have to go to bed with it on,all in all this fake tan has alot more to offer tan most.
