Well - yes, real men do wash, and they exfoliate, and they moisturise... they just don't let you see them do it and never admit to it in female company!

Now this has been established; it has to be said that simply washing isn't always enough. As a teenager I suffered from very awkward skin and searched high and low for a product that would help. All of the "Clearasil's" and "Oxy actions" just seemed to irritate more and for a long time I figured I was simply doomed to bad skin!

Thankfully my mother started using Clinique products and from there got me onto them. They really are the business and actually help maintain really nice looking skin which in turn - makes me feel better about myself and improves my life.

When first using the Clinique scrub you could be forgiven for thinking your face is about to melt off. However, after a couple of seconds you realise that a melting face has never felt so good - in fact the minute recommended you keep it on really doesn't feel long enough when it comes time to wash off the nice tingling sensation that lets you know you're being cleaned effectively!!

I was advised in store to use the scrub once or twice a week in conjunction with the 3-step program (using the three basic Clinique products - explained on their website) and do so regularly. Despite this the tube lasts for ages, as indeed do all of the products I use as the high quality allows you to use them sparingly for best results.

It is worth looking into this product even if you do not have much spare money. I am on a very low wage and live in London but using Clinique spend far less on cosmetics than I used to due to being able to stick to the basics and have great skin with a long lasting quality product.

The price tag is not that high in the UK considering how infrequently you have to buy this. Just train yourself to use sparingly as overdosing on things like scrub and moisturiser can make skin worse and not better. Used properly and given my own experiences in my late teens and today I think this would be a beneficial product to any guy looking for a better complexion.
