The packaging is the tradional Clinique floral peach box, and the bottle is flesh coloured plastic, with a silvertone lid and logo. The bottle looks quite solid, but is surprisingly squeezy and the apeture is small enough that you probably wont get this spurting all over your white sofa. I have tried various foundations and a couple of them by Clinique. I actually tried this for the first time about 18 months ago and have gone back to it recently having been lured away when i couldn't get shade no 5 for a while - it seems to be most popular shade. ...I tend to rotate back and forth between three different types of foundation. Mostly my choice is made when one or the other has a free gift on offer with any purchase of cosmetics made by that particular company. One of my favorites is Clinique's Superfit Makeup. I've been using Clinique for over 20 years now, and I have always been very pleased with their products. When I first started to wear foundation and had very oily skin, there water-based one was the first I ever used. Now that my skin is a bit dryer and needs better coverage, I use their Superfit Makeup, which has been on the market for a number of years now. I have to use the "Shell" shade, as my skin is very fair. Clinique Superfit Makeup is outstanding. It is excellent for sensitive skin, such as mine. ...may as well treat myself to some good stuff. For the wedding of course! I took a trip to Boots (I love that place!) before Christmas to get some presents for my colleagues. On my way past I wandered through Debenhams looking at the premium beauty counters such as Chanel, Estee Lauder & Clinique. I felt a bit intimidated by Debenhams so moved on to Boots. While I was there I notice, OH JOY! The Clinique Counter has an offer. 800 extra reward points with every 3 products purchase! That sold it to me! I spoke to the Clinique lady and told her I'd been recommended SUPERFIT by makeup artists on a make up advice message board. I said I wasn't sure what colour I would need. ...Earlier this year I spent six weeks in hospital and since then I have looked shocking, so I thought it was probably time to start looking after myself. So yesterday I hit the shops with £50 (just don't tell my partner!) to spend on make up. I knew just where to head first - the Clinique counter in Boots. My main aim was to get a new foundation which covers my dull complexion and lasts all day. I headed towards the range to be greeted by a fresh faced lady offering assistance. Her skin looked great so I immediately had great faith in her! I told her what I was looking for and she recommended the superfit range for me as my skin is dry but greasy in places.
