I've used foundation ever since i have been at school and never actually found the ideal one... they are either too light or too dark for my skin tone, when applied they don't give even coverage and go patchy or they just start to go shint after a couple of hours.
I went in search of something that i would be happy with and at first I tried something from Clarins, priced ridiculously i tried it and it bought me out in a rash. A friend of mine swore by Clinique however t thought it was a bit expensive.
I visited Debenhams and told the sales advisor what i was looking for.. a foundation that when applied gives even coverage, that will blend with my skin tone and that will last throughout the day to give a flawless look. She suggested Superfit Make Up.
She tried various shades on my hand and suggested one that she believed would suit my skintone so i decided to take the plunge and make the purchase.
Much to my amazement when i got home and tried it that night, it was fantastic, it applied easily and yes i had the full coverage that i was looking for and i didn't get them horrible rims that you can tell you have a foundation on that is too dark for your skin.. ... the last test was to see how long it would last.
After a night in the town at the end of the night, the make up still looked perfect, it had started to go a little shiny but not to the extent that other brands do.
I now use this on a daily basis and i can best rest assured that thoughout my day my make up still looks fine. It lasts up to 8 hours before you think that you need to wash it off.
I have tried several shades of the Superfit Make up as i used sunbeds from time to time and require something that suits the colour of my skintone at that particular time and every single shade whether it be lighter or darker just blends in perfectly.
Priced at £17.50 from Debenhams, this lasts me approximately 3 months before i have to buy another pot, which i think is excellent value for money as sometimes if i am out at night i apply it fresh to i am getting quite a few uses out of it.
Would definitely recommend this product...i won't use anything else now... i even converted my partner into Clinique products and he swears by them too.
