I have been using this product for approximately 3 years and I love it. At £25 to £30 (depending on retailer) it is quite pricey however I feel it is very much worth it.
It is in a pump action dispenser and feels extremely soft and silky when rubbing it in. You only need a very small amount for one application therefore, although pricey, one tube will last a long time. I use this with a couple of other creams and have been sucked into decriptions in the past about the greatness of certain products however I must say that combined with the rest of my skin care routine (also clinique) I have been very pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
I can't say that I have absolutely no lines or wrinkles etc however, I feel that I have considerably less than if I didn't use this item although, this is hard to justiy as I will never know! (and am unwilling to find out!).
There is another product, the total turnaroundmask which I must admit I have never used however, will be trying this in the future as supposedly combined with the cream it really will give a yonger, fresher look.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this cream, it is not oily, rubs in easily and leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth and silky, not heavy at all, very light and almost refreshing.
