I have been a university student for the last 4 years and so like to look good whilst sticking to a budget. I stumbled upon this site whilst looking for information before making a purchase and found the reviews very useful. I hope mine are useful too!

I tried this around a friend's house during a girly night in, I decided to buy myself some because I liked the effect it had on my skin.
The packaging is clinique's usual simple style.
The instructions are a bit scary - you are warned to avoid your hairline or eyebrows! So I put it on very carefully and took my time, which I guess adds to the pampering.
The product is what I can only describe as gloop. It is very hard to smooth on your face to form the 'very thin layer' you are advised to. Also, it is transparent so you can't see very easily where you have put it.
Once on it feels very comfortable, perhaps a little tight but not really noticable at all. It is 100% fragrance free so there is no girly smell to it.
As the name suggests you leave this on for 15 minutes, then you can either rub the excess product off with your fingers, or wash it off with a warm face cloth. I used the cloth because I couldn't tell if I'd got it off with my fingers.
The results were that my skin feels really smooth and soft. My skin looks much brighter after i've used it. It feels like it's exfoliated my skin but it didn't feel like it was doing anything at all when I had it on. Unlike some exfoliating products it didn't tingle at all.
This is a great product that produces visable results without producing any tingling or tightening sensation. I think it's a bit expensive though and won't be using it often. It's a nice thing to ask for at christmas or birthdays perhaps.
