The Clinique range is without doubt one of the best, if not the best range of hypo allergenic products on the market.
They offer hair products, makeup products, skin care and fragrance for both men and women. These are a bit more expensive than Superdrug or Boots own products but the quality is excellent. They are no where near the extortionate price you have to pat for the likes of Lancome, etc.
If you go to the Clinique counter in a large department store like House of Fraser or Debenhams the assistant will be able to advise on products that are suitable for your skin type and colouring. If you are making a major purchase make sure you ask for sample products. These are available but you usually have to ask. They are quite happy to give you these because if you find the samples useful they stand a good chance of future business from you.
The Clinique range is always up to date and you can purchase it in all major department stores. The products are competitively priced when you take into account the quality. If you can't see what you want in the range on the counter make sure you ask. The complete range is sure to have something to offer and the assistant is trained to advise you.

A colleague of mine used to spend a fortune on Clinique products - I think she single-handedly kept the company in business! :O)
