I was visiting a large Boots store a few weeks ago and noticed that there was a very good offer on the Clinique counter. If you bought two of their products you received a really 'good' free gift., ( a range of small size clinique products, face creams, lipstick etc.) Now I am the kind of person that has never bought Clinique because I have never had sensitive skin and actually felt a bit sorry for people who had to pay this amount for make-up just because 'they'had sensitive skin. I have since learnt from my own 19 year old daughter that Clinique is worth paying the extra for because it produces the highest quality products that far exceed other well known brands. Therefore I thought I will buy a couple of products that I needed and get the free gift for her. The young lady on the Clinique counter in Boots came up to me right away as soon as she noticed me looking at the lipsticks. I explained to her that I was looking for a cream that helped eliminate fine lines around the lips. Or something like that, I think I said, "Have you a product that can get rid of wrinkles around your lips." About 2 seconds later she produced this small pale green sort of plastic pump type container. It contained 12ml of Clinique-All about lips. The young lady also told me that she would never go anywhere without it as she hated feathering of the lips. This was the least of my problems, I had ostrich feathers around my mouth also, What chance did I have? Also I hasten to add she was about 25 years younger than me. This extremely persuasive young sales assistant some- how persuaded me to sit in a chair while she applied the product to my lips and surrounding area (which I kept having to remind her about was the reason for me wanting this treatment.) After the full treatment, all about lips, lipstick and lip liner applied by this lady who I must say turned out to be a very professional make-up artist or whatever you call them,I looked like I had had one of those lips jobs that was actually a success. I proceeded in spending £15 on the All about lips,£10 on a liptick and £10 on lip liner and also my free gift which my daughter gave 75% of back to me. So much in her confidence in a product that is second to none. The following morning I applied this miracle lip serum/cream which is exactly the way it felt on your finger as you pumped out a few drops from the small, pale green container. Then I applied it to my lips and surrounding area which sorry to repeat myself again was WHY I bought the product and it does claim to treat the lips and contain optical diffusers that minimize the fine lines around the lips. Well, the optical diffusers obviously do not work on me. Yes, it is great for your actual lips and it does help lipstick stop feathering. It moisturizers, soothes, feels velvety as does the formula itself. It probably does calm the skin and guard against the action of everyday irritants. As I said before I wouldn't know as I have never had sensitive skin. Propably the optical diffusers works for other people but honestly I have gone back to a cheaper product that does. If any-one has a problem/problems like mine (getting old,) I will write an opinion on it.

Both Clinique and Estee Lauder, give fantastic gifts, with a purchase. I bring the freebies to my daughter in England, every year. Susie.

Blimey £15 is a bit pricey there. Could you please space out your paragraphs a little ?
