I get up and jump into the shower. I use a variety of shampoo's from the Clinique range but my pet fave at the moment has to be ''Exceptionally Clean Clarifying Shampoo''. It just gives the feeling of purity especially if you tend to use a lot of hair products or work in the city as it removes all residues. Of course a good conditioner is vital so shampooing is followed up by ''Quick Detangle Light Conditioner''. This is great for those of us who still like to feel the sensations of squeaky clean hair. These are both available for £8 each, I feel with these you get what you pay for.
To finish up in the shower, I like to use an exfoliator. I have been striving to find the perfect exfoliator for a while now. I wanted to feel invigorated without feeling overpolished. For someone like me who suffers from sensitive skin this is vital as over scrubbing can result in red patchy and irritated skin. Ihave found that Clinique provide all this in ''Soft Polish Body Exfoliator''. This costs around £12.50 for 200ml but it lasts a while and for me is worth every penny.
Over the last few years I have suffered from extremely dry skin and keeping it moisturised has been a problem. So recently I took the plunge and spent a lot in my opinion on one product but I have to admit I think it has been worth it. ''Moisture Surge Extra Thirsty Skin Relief'' this was a miracle for me but at £24 for 50ml it was an expensive risk. I had tried a little bit in the shop but that is a very different story to taking it home and trying it out for myself. I would say this is not a product for eeryday use, I try to limit myself to using it only in phases of dire need. It is excellent if you have sensitive skin as it is extremely gentle.
Now I come to the 3-step range, this when I first started using Clinique was basically the only thing I used but now it has become the basis of my entire skincare regime but I have built around it and developed it, incorporating many of the other products and occasionally replacing the fundamentals like the ''Dramatically Different Moisturiser''. The 3-step is ingenious in the fact that is an easily accessible range for all skincare novices. I mean until I started using it I thought soap and water with perhaps some cheap moisturiser was a skincare routine. I would recommend the 3-step to all prospective skincare customes.
I love the makeup Clinique does as the colours are so rich and beautiful. The best way to choose make up I feel is to ask for the advice of the people working on the counter. Don't be fooled by the bright exterior, these people know you are not going to wear bright red lipstick in the street. Most of them have a very good eye for colour and wil spend the time finding a colour that suits you. They will also find make up to go with a particular outfit, they are very good 10 minutes before closing on the night that you have the biggest do of your life, believe me I know!!
As for purchasing your products, if I am looking for something new or make up of a particular colour I will always make the time to visit the counter and ask advice. However, for re-ordering products etc, I tend to use the internet just for time efficiency. There are many sites selling Clinique brands but for me i tend to use www.strawberrynet.com, they offer a 5% discount if you buy 3 or more products.
Clinique is a very well known company but the people who work on the counters are excellent and make you feel at ease. You will find many concessions in your local town or city so try them all till you find one you can call your ''home''. Believe me its worth the time and effort to find somewhere you want to visit. Beauty products should be fun.

My firend yused to use all the clinque products a few years ago, until she started coming out in little spots. When she visited her doctors & she told them what products she used they said that it is known that clinique does have this effect on certain people. I love they moisturiser but the same thing happened to me after a while so i cant use any of there stuff now either. Oh well xx
