I have been an avid fan of Clinique stay matte powder for about 4 years. I used to use the super double powder which was really thick and heavy (and consequently spot-causing) and wanted to find something with good coverage but which was also light on my face. I tried the powder of my own volition (wasn't "forced" into buying by the sales assistant) and was so impressed with how it left my face matte and of an even colour. I use the stay neutral one but there are other colours if you don't think that one will suit your skin tone. If you want a bit more coverage for an evening out I tend to put some tinted moisturiser on underneath so that my skin doesn't feel so "made up". One down-side is that it is a touch expensive, but I always wait until it's clinique bonus time before I go and stock up - then you get all of the freebies and samples at the same time - if you can combine it when it's triple points at boots then you're on to a winner!!

Good review. i use this one everyday but over cliniques perfectly real foundation. it doesnt go heavy or gluey and stays fairly matt. nice to meet a fellow fan of it!!~Naomi xx~
