"2nd Rate"

Good internet options keeps you on track of your finances. But the inability to contact your own branch directly is very poor. Especially when the call centre cannot get direct contact with your branch due to it being engaged.

Customer service is poor. With usual questions, do you want a credit card/loan??
I have found that customer assistants appear to have less knowledge than in the past. There is a difficulty in parking in certain branches. There appears to a lack of a personal touch in the bank as well. On one occasion I was to open another account and they did not contact me to finalize it. They are not very flexible if you are suffering finacially due to circustances. Something I have suffered in the past. I have been with this bank since school but I am thinking of moving..
