Advantages Internet/ banking
Disadvantages Hard to communicate with bank by phone directly.
Good internet options keeps you on track of your finances. But the inability to contact your own branch directly is very poor. Especially when the call centre cannot get direct contact with your branch due to it being engaged.
Customer service is poor. With usual questions, do you want a credit card/loan??
