...in the middle of the hall together with all the packaging materials.. In conclusion I will never use the Co-op again. Other suppliers were either the same price or very slightly cheaper, but I chose the Co-op because of their values. How they failed to live up to them! ...

Excellent service. Good price, I chose delivery for 2 days after order, I was informed by text message and email of the expected 2.5 hour delivery slot. Everything was just as promised. Delivery men were helpful and careful. Excellent communication from order to delivery. The best experience I have ever had with an internet order. Cannot fault the service I received. Why can't other companies be as efficient? ...

Ordered a bosch washing machine.I was informed of when it was ordered,when it was dispatched and when it would be delivered.I was given a 2hr window and it came on time.Men delivered,unpacked and went.SUPERB SERVICE can't recomend them enough. I ordered a bosch dishwasher the next week and all the above happened NO TROUBLE at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.They had FREE delivery on a Saturday too. ...

On the positive side, great web-site easy to navigate etc. sadly, from that point onwards, everything then goes downhill. Their promise of 2day delivery 98% of the time, became 2 weeks, but only after interminable phone calls to them. (they just do not communicate or answer e-mails). When the delivery date was finally agreed, the promised e-mail the evening before to give a time slot did not happen. If all that was not bad enough, when my built ...
...a cricket ball in the side of it !! The delivery driver reported this to their customer services, who, (over the phone), promised me a £50 allowance to cover the damage. thus far this hasn`t arrived!!! To sum up, a totally unreliable outfit whos` word cannot be relied upon. The next time I need electrical goods it will be back to the "Big Boys" on the High Street. ( Better the devil you know I say )!! ...

I ordered a panasonic dvd home theatre system and was assured it would arrive next working day. Having waited in all day to receive the order i phoned coop customer service to be told that the product was out for delivery but they had no way of contacting the drivers. I was assured i would be contacted the next morning once they had managed to track my order. I was contacted the next day to be told that they couldnt contact the drivers, infact for two whole days the drivers were uncontactable. I was at one point informed that this happens quite regularly. I therefore cancelled my order and one week later I am still waiting for my refund! ...
