I respect the California wines a lot. It seems that this place is somewhat like the Mediterranean. Some whines smells the sea and the red fruits we find in South Europe. 'Baywood' has some good labels although Ruby is not the best one it is a very good choice for the everyday wine taking in account its low price. In Greece we taste a lot of wines with the same quality and aromas but we have to pay for them double and even more. Ruby is one of my favorite red wine and I keep some bottles for the near future in my cellar. Also the 'Zifandel' Rose is one good choice, although it is a little bit sweet taste wine I enjoy to drink it cold as aperitif.
