I bought this product about 4 months ago. Right from the beginning the FM/AM Radio s not working. Use of six cells in the battery compartment is not working, so I cannot use it as portable player. I have to use it on mains with which the MP3 playback was working fine till last week, when it stopped working. For each and every disk it now gives me the message NO CD.
No support service availble and I cannot use the product now. ...
