My review of Nescafe Gold Blend Coffee
Advantages: Cheap Disadvantages: Taste compared to other brands
...Egberts, only to notice that Nescafe Gold Blend happened to be on sale, so in the basket it went.
The first thing I need to point out was that it was great value for money. It was approximately half the price of the Douwe Egberts, but then it won't always be on sale.
In my opinion the taste wasn't too bad, but clearly was not up to the standards of my usual cuppa. I found it was relatively weak tasting, and was not as smooth.I thought it was quite ...

Nescafe Cuppuccino - Now even "bitter" tasting!
Advantages: Quick and Easy Cappuccino in a cup. Disadvantages: New taste is a let-down for mild coffee drinkers.
...and "improved" items, after all, Nescafe offer other flavours of Cappuccino's and should not tamper with or replace the original and best. I will be on the look out for the original boxes (until they run out)! Available in boxes of 10 sachets - 1 sachets = 1 mug I x chocolate sprinkle tube Price £2 - £2.50 but look out for supermarket special offers, (i.e. 2 for £3). The 5 stars I have given to this product relates to the original Cappuccino and ...

BLACK GOLD
Advantages: It's coffee Disadvantages: Nothing special
Black Gold? No, this isn't a hard-hitting social commentary on the shameful history of the slave trade. Nor is it a whining moan about the revenue from the thick viscous stuff that flows from the North Sea down to London and vanishes quicker than WMD's in the Middle East. No, rather less contentious...possibly, the subject matter of this review is a coffee called Black Gold from those wonderfully altruistic people at Nescafe. Now I'm not going to ... ...of) concerning Nescafe's business practices. If you want to know more about that sort of thing, go and google! Me? I like coffee. But I'm not a coffee snob - it's not as if it's beer, right? Anyway, as long as it's a decent coffee, I don't give a roasted bean who makes it, or where, or when, or how. Or even why. As long as it tastes good, I don't much care. Usually, this means that I buy a ginormous jar of anything that's on offer. Not Mrs P though. ...

Short dark delight
Advantages: Instant, no messy machines Disadvantages: Not to be drunk near bed time
...The Brazilian government approached Nestle, Nescafe producers, and asked that they produce a quality coffee from their beans. Some 7 years later Nescafe was born with the help of Max Morgenthaler and his crew. On 1st of April 1938 it was introduced in Switzerland and was the staple beverage of US armed forces during World War ll. From here its popularity spiraled and it has never looked back. Worldwide they reckon an average 3,000 cups of Nescafe ... ...Ground 80/90mg

Nescafe Espresso: Comes in an hour glass figure shaped dark brown glass jar. The jar contains 100g of instant espresso powder. When I opened the jar the coffee smell is quite intense. The label does state that it is 'Short, Dark and Intense', it also carries instructions for making the perfect cup of espresso and advices making with 'hot' not 'boiling water'. Although the instructions do say one heaped teaspoon ...

Advantages: Free, apart from p+p, some nice gifts Disadvantages: Free items not always of great quality
...ups” is a scheme by Nescafe that has been running for well over a year now, where you can earn “rewards” or “gifts” by collecting bean tokens from the labels on jars of Nescafe coffee. Information about the scheme can be found on the Nescafe ... ...you post the sheet to Nescafe with a cheque for the p+p, and the gift is sent to you within 28 days.
