Coffee Grinders

Advantages: Quality results, robust, reliable
Disadvantages: Can clog with very large beans

At the time, the high price (as I thought at the time) concerned me, but a colleague and real coffee afficionado had been talking to me of the benefits of a burr mill for a number of weeks. I accidentally bought some unground coffee beans and borrowed this coffee grinder from a friend so that they weren't wasted. I had always thought that having a coffee grinder would be a real fuss and a pain to clean, but I have been really pleasantly surprised! ...but the noise lets you know its working anyway (lets face it, no grinder is quiet). This is a burr grinder, rather than a blade grinder, so it works like a pepper mill, rather than a liquidiser. ...like this grinder over my others because it is essentially simple to use and small enough not to be intrusive. Some grinders are ridiculously over complicated, it is just a mill after all.
