Collect+

I recently bought some items with MandM Direct which unfortunately had to be returned (Superdry Clothing was not designed to fit "normal" people!) and noticed on their website that they were advertising a company that offered cheaper rates than Royal Mail for returning goods. this is the 1st time using collect and also the last time, where to start, they picked the item up very fast everything looked fine until it got to the main warehouse where it has not moved from since by the way its been 5 days just sitting somewhere, oh yeah and even they don't know where it is. customer service is some of the worst i have ever came across 3 occasions i have spoke to them 3 times i have been given different info, they are now telling me it takes them 48rs to search a warehouse for a package, this must be a BIG warehouse. I am completely disillusioned with this company! I won an ebay auction on the 22nd May and asked for it to be sent to a work address so there would be someone available from 7.30am to 6.30pm. It still hadn't arrived by 1st June so I got the tracking number from the seller and checked online on the Collect+ website. This said that delivery had been attempted twice, once on a Saturday and then at 6.45pm in the evening, after the offices were closed! I have sent quite a few parcels through collect plus because it is some way cheaper than using Royal Mail for small parcels of around 4-5 kgs and you get tracking included. The conveinence of using my local shops to drop the parcel off is also good. However, the service is a bit of a let down. They say that delivery time is 3-5 working days. Well in most cases it is, but in a few it is not and it's those few which ruin the whole thing. Firstly, the machines that are used in the shops are slow if your dropping in more than one parcel.
