An Ebay purchase parcel was not delivered to us or our neighbours yet collect+ courier service advised the sender that it was delivered and signed for,other user review feedback indicates that drivers for this company has form for this dishonest irritateing behaviour. Our experience as frequent senders and receivers of parcels for several years is that Parcelmonkey who mostly use Citylink are consistently good subject to adequate packing, glazed clocks arriveing undamaged however some Citylink depots have fallen fall short of their otherwise excellent service. Hermes have a useful and it seems unique Saturday collection service though have damaged parcels more than once. A bit off subject this,making up 120 words,which seems a silly requirement it probably puts some of from adding useful contributions!
