this is the 1st time using collect and also the last time, where to start, they picked the item up very fast everything looked fine until it got to the main warehouse where it has not moved from since by the way its been 5 days just sitting somewhere, oh yeah and even they don't know where it is. customer service is some of the worst i have ever came across 3 occasions i have spoke to them 3 times i have been given different info, they are now telling me it takes them 48rs to search a warehouse for a package, this must be a BIG warehouse. Overall its just a shamble of a company which will never get to the heights of the royal mail and let me point out that the RM do not have the bar set very high in the 1st place.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT
