Collect+

I have a parcel that has been 3 miles from its destination for 3 days the service is useless I sent it to Edinburgh on the 29th March to avoid the bank holiday its been sat with the final courier since the 2nd april and I am now told will not be delivered until 10th april the infuriating excuse being they cannot help the bank holiday.
If they cannot cope with parcels at this time of year during an economic downturn then they are no match for the busy future.
On the same day I sent equivelent parcels to Germany they have had them for 3 days, via the post office, worse still the customer service doesn't appreciate the word customer and fails miserably with the interpretation of the word service.
