Having enjoyed reading a selection of Ted Hughes’s work, I learnt that much of his inspiration derived from his marriage with Sylvia Plath. Curiosity killed the cat, I decided to buy this collection of poems by Plath and had a good read of it. In comparison to Hughes, Plath’s poems are far ... Read review

Not only is it a good read, it is also very entertaining.
You will need patience in order to capture the meanings of an old language. (*)
There's a sonnet for everyone in this collection
A rather strange selection which leaves out some of the best (*)
