Very reliable DVD and Hard Disk recorder

Advantages: Easy to set up. Good quality pictures from weak signals.
Disadvantages: A little fiddly to use.

Panasonic DVD VCR Combi

Advantages: Very attractive combi that delivers high quality dvd and vcr that takes up little space.
Disadvantages: None found as yet

...When used in conjunction with Panasonic TVs, the vcr and dvd functions (as well as the TV) can be operated from one remote control making life even easier still. The video has an extra-fast search facility which means that tapes can be rewound in seconds. The manufacturers do mention that tapes recorded on other videos may have some interference but this is something that I haven't experienced as yet. Overall, highly recommended - no complaints ...

Great picture but a little confusing to use

Advantages: picture quality, large hard disk, can copy DVD to hard disk
Disadvantages: menus are confusing

The picture from this box is great. It has the benefit of upscaling not only DVD's but also the Freeview signal. So it will upscale the programme you are watching or any you record.
