One sketch that really sticks in my memory includes a story in which he asks a person for directions in a busy place. Bottom has got to be my most favourite sick-com ever! Second to the "Young Ones" of course. For people who haven't heard of bottom where the hell have u been!!!! Bottom is not to everyone's taste, but hey I have a sick sense of humour. As I was saying Bottom isn't to everyone's taste, you either love it or hate it. With its sick, twisted, filthy slapstick, rib-splintering, insane sexual humour and just plain dirty duos of Rik Mayell and Adrian Edmondson. ...
..."Nutters" to another level. Bottom started with just a 30 minute show on BBC the episodes broadcasted in 1991 for series one, 1992 for series two, 1995 series 3. The series did very well, and then life's two biggest losers, Richard Richard and Eddie Hitler (Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson) take it live doing 5 live shows. I grew up with the young Ones (not literally) and was a huge fan, even to the point of going to fancy dress parties dressed up as Vivian, complete with hair spiked up and silver stars on my forehead. I used to watch each episode over and over again until i knew all the words off by heart - sad i know, but this humour really appealed to me.
