Make sure you ask if there is a charge for this service, they do not always tell you. You find out when you receive your first statement. Customer services are not interested in you not being informed. They keep repeating "you have to pay" and will not deviate from their script. If you ask to speak to a manager all you will be told is that "they will tell you the same". If you try another number and get told that a manager will ring you within 24 hours - don't hold your breath. You might get an unlisted number ring you during the day that could be the manager who does not leave a message or it may have been someone else.You can try sending an e-mail but you get told that you should read the small print. In my opinion you should be told verbally that there is a charge.
